Caracas Transportation specializes in Flatbed, Step-Deck, Conestoga, RGN, and Dry Van. We offer solutions for dedicated routes, one-way operations and we also handle urgent freight deliveries.
Equipped with the newest driver assistance safety systems, live streaming cameras, and GPS, our trucks are also 100% ELD Compliant. We only operate the latest model tractor-trailers; we use new and well-kept equipment to ensure everyone's safety, efficiency and on-time pick-up/delivery. Nevertheless, one of our top priorities is our drivers' comfort and wellbeing.

Pay
Flatbed, Conestoga
Choose Cents Per Mile or 27% of Gross
Flatbed: 75 CPM Solo, 80 CPM Team
Conestoga: 70 CPM Solo, 75 CPM Team
1 extra cent per mile for each year working with us.
– We pay all miles, empty & loaded.
– $100 bonus for any trip under 500 miles.
– Paid extra stops - $50.
– Tarp - $50.
– Paid layovers - $100.
– Weekly direct deposit.
– We run all 48 USA states.
– Mostly Full TL.
– Extra money for partials - 30%.
– Fuel cards.
– Flexible home time - upon driver’s request.
– Paid vacation - weekly salary average during the last 100,000 safe miles.
– 1 Week paid vacation after every 100,000 safe miles.

Qualifications
– Class A CDL.
– 23+ years old.
– Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience.
– Clean MVR/PSP.
– No more than 2 violations per year.
Equipment
– 2021 - 2023 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with:
automatic transmission, safety system, deer guard, headache rack, power inverter, fridge, microwave, Webasto, driver interior comfort mode, PrePass, All-Tolls-Pass, Samsara ELD & dashboard camera.
– 2021-2023 Peterbilt 389.
– 2021-2023 Peterbilt 389.
– 2021 - 2023 Kenworth W900 trucks with studio sleepers equipped with:
manual transmission, deer guard, headache rack, power inverter, fridge, microwave, Webasto, APU unit, PrePass, All-Tolls-Pass, Samsara ELD & dashboard camera.
– 2021 - 2023 trailers equipped with:
tire inflation, scale gauge, 2 toolboxes, 20 winches.
